In the hills of Garanhuns, a rare tropical high-altitude terroir, Pinot Noir grapes mature with natural freshness, vibrant acidity, and elegance, revealing an authentic expression of a new Brazilian wine region. After harvest, the wine ages for 4 months in ceramic amphorae, reviving ancestral methods and preserving the purity of the fruit. It then embarks on an extraordinary journey to the coast of Angra dos Reis, where it is submerged at depths of 12 to 18 meters for 6 months. On the seabed, under constant temperature, reduced light exposure, natural pressure, and the continuous movement of the tides, the wine evolves gradually and harmoniously, unveiling a sophisticated and unique profile. The result is a Pinot Noir with a distinctive identity: - Intense fresh red fruits and delicate floral notes - Silky texture and extremely fine tannins - Lively acidity and preserved freshness - Elegant, clean, and persistent finish Each bottle returns with unique marks left by the sea, signs of time and the environment where it matured, making every unit an unrepeatable expression of this journey. From the tropical high-altitude terroir to the ocean experience, this wine represents a new frontier in Brazilian viticulture.
