Sete Laços - Bordeaux Blend - Reserve
Born at 900 meters altitude, in the vineyards of Mello Vinícola in Garanhuns (PE), Sete Laços is a tribute to the union of Mário Mello’s seven children, the family patriarch, and to the identity of Pernambuco’s new high-altitude terroir.
Its grapes come from the *Felipe Carreras Vineyard*, a plot that expresses the best of the winery’s terroir: Merlot is grown in clay and sandy soil, while Cabernet Franc and Malbec thrive in stony soil — a combination that provides aromatic complexity and distinct structure to each variety in the blend.
With an intense and deep ruby color, it presents an elegant aromatic profile, featuring notes of blackberry, cassis, and black plum, wrapped in delicate hints of red fruits, sweet spices, vanilla, and subtle nuances derived from oak aging.
Matured for 12 months in first and second-use French oak barrels, it reveals excellent integration between fruit and wood. On the palate, it offers medium to full body, refined tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, persistent, and harmonious finish.
